1. International delivery service
Delivery range and time efficiency
We provide free and traceable international delivery service. The estimated delivery time efficiency for different regions is as follows (calculated from the date of order shipment):
United States, Canada: 5-10 days
Australia, New Zealand: 7-12 days
Europe: 7-12 days
Latin America, Africa: 10-15 days
Other countries/regions: 10-15 days
Peak season (such as holidays): 10-15 days

Special instructions:
Delivery time may be extended in remote areas, and we will try our best to ensure delivery;
Some countries/regions cannot be delivered due to customs procedures;
Delivery is not supported in areas sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Treasury Department, including: Balkan Peninsula, Belarus, Myanmar, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
Delivery delay instructions
Please understand that the delivery time may exceed expectations due to incorrect delivery address, bad weather, strict customs clearance procedures or other force majeure.
Import Fee Description
The price and shipping cost of the product do not include additional fees such as import duties and taxes, which are borne by the buyer.

2. Order Processing Rules
Order Confirmation
After payment is completed, the order confirmation email will be sent to the mailbox you reserved, and the processing process will begin after the email is sent.
Processing Time
Regular processing cycle: 1-3 working days (including product inspection, packaging and delivery to the post office);
After processing, we will send the logistics tracking number by email;
Time limit: If the order is placed after 11:45 on Friday (Central Standard Time) or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), the order will be postponed to the next week.

3. Payment Instructions
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase and settled in US dollars;
If payment is made in local currency, the currency conversion is the responsibility of your bank and converted according to its exchange rate.
4. Instructions for batch shipments
If the order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in batches due to warehouse location or inventory differences to shorten your delivery time. When shipping in batches, we will provide multiple corresponding tracking numbers, and you may receive the goods in batches.

V. Order Cancellation and Change
Application Time Limit

Timeout Processing
Requests after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed to be accepted, as the order will enter the fast processing process;
