Shipping policy

1. International Shipping
Delivery Coverage and Timeliness
We offer free, trackable international shipping. Estimated delivery times for different regions are as follows (calculated from the order shipment date):
USA, Canada: 5-10 days
Australia, New Zealand: 7-12 days
Europe: 7-12 days
Latin America, Africa: 10-15 days
Other regions: 10-15 days
Peak seasons (such as holidays): 10-15 days

Special Notes:
Delivery times may be longer in remote areas, but we will do our best to ensure delivery.
Delivery to some countries is unavailable due to customs procedures.
Delivery to regions sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is not available, including the Balkans, Belarus, Myanmar, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
Delivery Delay Notice
Please understand that delivery times may exceed expectations due to incorrect delivery addresses, inclement weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or other force majeure.
Import Fee Information
Product prices and shipping costs do not include additional fees such as import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Order Processing Rules
Order Confirmation
After payment is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Order processing will begin after this email is sent.
Processing Time
Typical processing time: 1-3 business days (including product inspection, packaging, and delivery to the post office).
After processing, we will send a tracking number via email.
Timeout: Orders placed after 11:45 AM CST on Friday or on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be postponed to the following week.

3. Payment Instructions
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase and in US dollars.
If paying in local currency, currency conversion is handled by your bank and will be converted based on the local exchange rate.

4. Bulk Shipping Instructions
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship in multiple batches to shorten your delivery time due to differences in warehouse locations or inventory. For split shipments, we will provide multiple tracking numbers so that you can receive your shipments in batches.

V. Order Cancellation and Modification
Request Time
You can cancel your order or modify information (such as quantity, color, size, shipping address, etc.) within 24 hours of placing an order. Please contact us via email at 260214225@qq.com (available 24/7).

Exceeded Processing Time
Requests after 24 hours are not guaranteed to be accepted, as orders will be processed expedited.
